Teacher Training

We are, first and foremost, a team that offers the Association Montessori Internationale 6-12 training and we are very proud of that! We partner with training centers to bring the AMI 6-12 diploma course to their communities.

Our goal is to lead our adult learners through this rigorous work with grace and compassion. We know the training is hard work...but believe the children deserve your hard effort. We are here to support you through your learning.

Workshops

We are committed to listening to our community and sharing offerings that will support them as they support children. 

We offer curated workshops from our team and community partners on a variety of topics.

We are also able to build workshops specifically for your community of parents, teachers, or administrators.

Mentorship and Coaching

This work is more joyful and fulfilling when we have collaboration and reassurance.

Much learning happens on the course; more learning happens when you start to implement!

We offer one-on-one and group mentoring and coaching packages. 

Our goal in mentorship and coaching is to support your teachers in knowing how strong and capable they are and helping them feel secure in what they are offering the children. We also can offer targeted mentorship (great for a group) around topics you are hoping to align across your elementary team.  

Consultation

Sometimes you just need someone to talk through your challenges and brainstorm solutions. Other times you would like someone to come in person and see what you are talking about. We do both! 

We have team members with a variety of expertise and many connections if we are not the exact fit.
